Cancellation Policy

On request of Cancelling an Order is possible only if the ordered item has not been shipped. You will not be able to cancel to your order if the item has been already shipped from the warehouse. If you want to cancel you order after shipping item, you have to make a call to our customer care as mentioned in website, they will help to make cancel request.

After the order has been canceled successfully, our team will send you a notification on your registered Mobile No & Email ID. Money will be refunded to debit card, credit card or internet banking account. In the case of COD(Cash on delivery ), you will not receive any refund as you have not paid the money.

How to cancel order on S-Mart Online?-

  1. If you want to cancel the order on the S-Mart Online, you must visit and login to your account.
  2. After you login in to your account, you will see a menu or top right, you have to click on, and select Order History
  3. Once you click on Order History, you will see your Ordered List, you have to click on ‘Order Details’ button on that particular order, and you will redirect on Order Summary Page.
  4. Once you click on Order Details, you have to click on ‘Order Cancel’ button, you must fill up some information regarding to Cancellation Product.
